Forge Nicromo

Forge Nicromo is part of the FAD Group and manufactures Forged pieces by Open Die & Ring Rolling methods. 

Their facility extends over a total area of 16,000 m2 , of which 5,000 m2 are covered and was built using the most modern plant technologies with areas designed in such a way as to optimize production times, from the storage of the raw material to the dispatch of the final product.

The current production capacity is 12,000 Tons / year and is currently divided between the following material grades:

• 70% Carbon and Low Temperature carbon steels
• 5% Alloy steels
• 15% Stainless Steel
• 10% Duplex and Super Duplex Steel

Their dimensional range is from Ø 180 mm up to Ø 1,500 mm with a maximum single piece weight of 5,000 Kg .

Forge Nicromo is able to supply raw or semi-finished pieces, according to the needs and specifications of the customer.
